Classic Danish modern dresser. Signature Kai Kristensen's "eyelid" or "smile" drawer pulls. Legs can be removed for shipping.  
Not sure if this was painted by the manufacturer since it seems like good paint work was applied but this could be good project for refinisher and as is, it could be used if you like white coloured storage unit. 
Wear consistent with age and use.
