In good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use.
The sofa needs to be reupholstered or could be used as-is.
No tears on fabric and foam seems still good condition.
Both side table top and frame had been refinished.
 
Custom made in Canada in 60s.
Awesome craftmanship. Adrian Pearsall 1709s style.
